3. Solutions:
• Parking space
 Bigger space for parking to cover the future increase in stu’ents'
number.
• Sports complex
 Chairman escalated it to college administration waiting for
feedback.
• Specialized Classes
 Doing survey to know if they want bigger library.
• Auditorium
 Building bigger auditorium.
• Food Court
 Building bigger new food court with healthy food.
• Action item: Approval from college management to build new recreation
activities by Yousef by next month.
• Action item: Survey for bigger library by Hamad next week.
• Action item: Suggesting new bigger food court providing healthy food by Jaber
next semester.
4. Recommendations:
 To start enlarging the parking area as soon as possible.
 Take decisions about recreation activities as the approval is gained.
 The necessity for enlarging the auditorium for organizing various events.
 Creating a suggestion box for other suggestion.
All the four recommendations are to be approved by the college management.
